Many of the products offered are purchased direct from factory. This enables us to supply wholesale buyers at below wholesale prices. To be considered for wholesale prices there is a $250 minimum. We work with our clients to minimize shipping charges. Because of the nature of wholesale candles shipping can not be calculated until your order has been packed. The website is not capable of calculating our discount from Fed Ex. For this reason when ordering you will not be charged shipping. A second charge will be processed for the cost of shipping, by placing an order you give us authorization to charge your credit card for the cost of shipping. You will be charged actual shipping cost with our discount included. We do receive a discount on shipping and we pass it along to our customers. No handling fees are ever charged. There is a $250 minimum for wholesale pricing. Orders will not be shipped until shipping charge has been paid. For large orders in the NY area please contact us for special arrangements. Orders over 25 cases may ship on a pallet. Please let us know if you will have a problem accepting a pallet. If you are concerned about the shipping cost before you place the order you can email us your address with the exact items (sku numbers) you want and we will calculate the cost for you. We process most orders in 1-3 business days, some orders may require up to 7 business days. If we cannot ship an order out in 7 business days we will call to let you know.
