A Candle Co. has helped many store owners over the last few years build their candle business. Our customers have found that we are not only a true wholesale candle distributor but also a great resource to turn too when in need of help and advice with candles. This site is the wholesale online division of A Candle Co. - Rock Trading. We specialize in premium quality wholesale candles and wholesale candleholders. We carry over 300 different products at all times. If you have a question about any of our products please contact us. Check back often, products will be updated frequently. Minimum order for wholesale pricing is $250. For large orders over 50 cases please contact us about pricing. Check out our line of wholesale gift bags, they are a great addition to any retail store. We are wholesale scented candle manufacturers so we can customize scented candles to your specific needs. Please Read About Shipping Before Ordering!
We work with our clients to minimize shipping charges. Because of the nature of wholesale candles shipping can not be calculated until your order has been packed. The website is not capable of calculating our discount from Fed Ex. For this reason when ordering you will not be charged shipping. A second charge will be processed for the cost of shipping, by placing an order you give us authorization to charge your credit card for the cost of shipping. You will be charged actual shipping cost with our discount included. We do receive a discount on shipping and we pass it along to our customers. No handling fees are ever charged. There is a $250 minimum for wholesale pricing. Orders will not be shipped until shipping charge has been paid. For large orders in the NY area please contact us for special arrangements. Orders over 25 cases may ship on a pallet. Please let us know if you will have a problem accepting a pallet. If you are concerned about the shipping cost before you place the order you can email us your address with the exact items (sku numbers) you want and we will calculate the cost for you. We process most orders in 1- 3 business days, some orders may require up to 7 business days. If we cannot ship an order out in 7 business days we will call to let you know.
This site does not charge tax as we are a wholesale supplier. As such you are required to file a Tax Exempt Form with us. Please email or fax your state's corporate tax form or business certificate. We will keep it on file, you do not need to send one with each order. If we do not receive the form back you can be subject to back tax charges. You can email the form of fax it back to 718-715-0463
