Wholesale Candle Return Policy and Damage Policy
Return Policy
If there is any problem with your order we will gladly return all or part of your order. (No Partial Cases) We must be notified of the problem within 7 days of receiving the order and merchandise must be returned within 20 days in original condition and original packaging. If we are not notified within 7 days of you receiving the products refund will not be processed for any reason. Any item received back after 20 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. 
Damage Policy
We must be notified by email with order number and exactly what was damaged, SKU# and number broken. Broken items must be kept for 2 weeks, Fed Ex will come to examine damaged products. All claims are settled with a credit to your next order. We will issue you a credit coupon that can be used on your next order. Credit coupon code is entered during the checkout process and will deduct the full credit amount from your new order.
